摘要：

Emergency simulation drilling is an efficient method for improving the ability of dealing with the emergency. This paper brings forward the structure of an emergency simulation drilling system, which is based on B/S structure and supports the coordination of multi-organizations. The system coordinates the control center and the organizations taking part in the simulation through the assignment and execution of the simulation tasks. Through the system, the process of the emergency simulation is recorded, and the ability to deal with the emergency can be evaluated. Thus the ability of dealing with the emergency can be improved.
