Technique for searching new operation principles of multi-functional sensors

摘要
It has been suggested the idea of multifunctional sensors designing. The technique is based on the structure synthesis of substance and energenic transforma - tions of signals with selection of the most rational combinations of physical phe -nomena and using the knowledge of the material properties where said phtnomena manifest themselves. The procedure is supposed to be followed by performance evaluation of obtained measurement principles.
