摘要：
Computer basic course is a public compulsory course in computer application for the non computer major students. According to the current situation of basic computer teaching in universities and problems in teaching reform under new circumstances, the necessary of basic computer courses reform is emphasized. Then some concrete measures on curriculum system and contents, teaching and examination methods, teaching management are proposed in order to solve the problems and improve teaching qualities and teaching effects of the curriculum.
