摘要：

Constituting a talents cultivating model is an important content of higher vocational education. In this paper, a new cultivating model that is Tasks Guidance Talents Cultivating Model is brought based on the analysis of the higher vocational education characteristics. By using this model, we can not only optimize the talents cultivating models, but also improve the teaching quality and the talents cultivating quality.
