摘要
Few empirical studies exist which look at the nontechnical aspect of CASE usage within the context of the organization. Yet a commonality among the few studies that exist is that the employees' commitment to CASE is important in its ongoing usage and success. This research expands upon the context effects influencing employees' commitment to CASE. It considers a model, adapted from Hosmer (1994), which includes the effect of ethical work climate on commitment and innovation. This study found strong support for such a relationship between ethical work climate and CASE results. This finding has implications for those who wish to fully and successfully implement CASE, or similar innovations, within their organization.
