摘要
In China, because of tremendous energy consumption demand, the sources for generating electric power are in much tense situation. Meanwhile, the contradiction between the electric production and the environment protection will be sharper and sharper In a view for sustainable development, development of the electric power generated by renewable energy in China is imperative, which will be not only a solution to shortage of energy but also a solution to contradiction between the electric production and the environment protection. Electric power generated by the renewable energy is a kind of pollution free power namely the electric power transformed from the wind energy, solar energy etc, through the specific facilities such as aerogenerators, solar-energy photo-voltaic cells, etc. Currently, power generation by these new renewable energies is facing bottlenecks respectively. Based on the analysis on the key barriers in the development of electric generation by wind energy, solar energy and biomass energy, the recommended policies to solve them should be made accordingly.
