摘要
By using time of flying secondly ion mass spectroscopy, lubricant was observed on the surface of metal evaporated tape. The difference of lubricant types showed the presence. It was also suggested that the surface free energy of lubricant have relation to the frictional coefficient. (C) 2001 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
