摘要：

It research on the seismic response of the R.C. frame-bent structure with staggered floor, focus on torsion and staggered floor effect to the seismic behavior of the structures. Compared with result of the 2D model and 3Dmodel, give the coefficient for consider the effect of 3D. It can be used to simplify the design.
