摘要
Green Manufacturing (GM is a kind of modern manufacturing mode with the full consideration of resources consumption and environmental impact. To some extent, GM is a good channel for green innovation (also called eco-innovation, environmental innovation), which can be described twofold. On one hand, green manufacturing practices can bring green processes, green products and green management thoughts, which are all innovative idea. On the other hand, GM is a relatively new idea, and the implementation can only be achieved by the change of the old manufacturing mode and management mode. So this paper is to explore how the green manufacturing inspires innovation in manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad. The study will begin with the green innovation frame-work of the manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of process innovation, product innovation and management innovation. The process innovation and product innovation are embodied in the whole product life cycle including raw material acquisition, product development and design, manufacturing, package, use and product disposal, etc. The management innovation includes green strategy, operation objective and organization, etc.
