摘要：
In this paper, we present the ongoing results on the implementation of the IT-focused e-procurement strategy of Colombia. The adoption of IT pricing framework agreements has enabled Colombian public agencies to achieve a higher level of rationalization over IT investment and reduce procurement time, effort and cost.
