摘要：

Culturing Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq.) P. Kumm with sawdust, the biological resources can recycle. The experiment is an exploratory study which research Pleurotusostreatus(Jacq. exFr.)Quel.'s cultivation with grass and edible mushroom as main cultivated material. The result of experiment showed that the cultivated experiment with grass and sawdust as main materials is feasible. The optimum medium formulas is 58% grass,30% sawdust of edible fungi. The result of experiment might provide some useful suggestions in enlargement of P. leurotus ostreatus raw materials.
