Use of dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) in the production of bioethanol

摘要：
Dried distillers grain with solubles was added (up to 15% by mass) to corn mashes to improve the prodn. of EtOH. The addn. resulted in an increase in reaction rate by up to 20%. The final EtOH concn. was 69,47-72,08 g/L after 72 h of fermentation. Unfortunately, the mashes contained also glycerol and org. acids.
