摘要：

The banks in countries of Eurozone started to provide the first SEPA payments tool, which are direct debits. The basic commission of this project is cancellation of borders due to performance direct debits in euro currency. Common area will be gradually augmented for next european, and finally the all countries will be the part of SEPA plus Iceland and Switzerland. The importance of the single euro payments area (SEPA) increases especially in consequence financial crises in Europe.
