摘要
We present the design of a periodic array of metallic nano-slits that supports subwavelength TEM guided modes at terahertz and optical frequencies, enabling simultaneous focusing of TM-polarized terahertz and optical waves with more than 6-octave frequency span at nano-scale dimensions.
