摘要：

A flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of pipernidic acid was studied. It is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO(4)-Na(2)SO(3)-pipernidic acid. The main factors which affect the determination were investigated. Under optimum conditions, the linear range for the determination of pipernidic acid Was 1.0x10(-7)similar to8.0x10(-5) g/mL, the determination limit was 3x10(-8) g/mL, the relative standard deviation was 1.6% for 11 measurements to 4.0x10(-6) g/mL pipernidic acid standard solution. This method has been applied to the determination of pipernidic acid in medicine.
