International differences and enlightenment in corporate governance

摘要：
there isn't a unified definition of corporate governance in the world. There isn't also a regular and unified model of corporate governance. In this paper I'll try to create a definition of corporate governance firstly, and then make a comparative study of international differences in Corporate Governance. At last, some suggestions for China to improve corporate governance system will be provided.
