摘要
Promote private enterprise implementation of internal marketing to improve employment mechanism, improve enterprise management level, and enhance profitability is essential. The implementation of internal marketing is needed to establish the inverted pyramid organizational structures, through the interaction between the internal staff at all levels, to achieve effective management. In this paper, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia private enterprise as the research object, the use of external marketing management techniques and methods proposed private enterprises the focus should shift from external consumers to internal staff, leadership is required to provide satisfactory services for their employees, in order to obtain employees loyalty, and in turn inspire employees to create more value for the enterprise.
