摘要
Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) brings more innovation space to the construction machinery industry. However, currently the application of IoT in vibratory roller is mainly reflected on the remote control of asset security and the basic data monitoring of equipment operation. In order to improve the intelligent level of vibratory roller and promote intelligent compaction on road construction, a compaction parameters management system for intelligent vibratory roller is designed and developed in this paper. By analyzing the intelligent compaction process based on IoT and compaction monitoring technology, the specific parameters required by this system are determined, including rolling compaction parameters, working medium parameters and equipment status parameters. Then, from the point of product development and intelligent operation, an industrial IoT architecture for compaction parameters monitoring and management system of an intelligent roller is established and its application technologies are analyzed. The proposed system is preliminarily applied in our late-model vibratory rollers.
