Aspects of the Safety and Health at the Workplace

The present paper approaches the problem of safety and health in work at European level. The paper aims to highlight the perception of the Romanian employees in Romania and abroad on the main aspects regarding the safety and health at work (information, training, quality of the working environment, occupational risks, satisfaction related to the working conditions). The methodology of research implies the online questioning on a random sample. The main results of the research show the occupational range, the employees' perception on the workplace and on the risks. (C) 2014 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
