摘要
Building energy-saving as one core factor to ascertain green building plays a more and more important role in the development of low carbon economy. The paper studied the situation of building energy-saving in Qingdao, considered green building evaluation index system of china, set up building evaluation index system, applied analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to calculate the weights of every index, expert scoring method to determine index score value of the building, weighted calculation green building energy-saving degrees, the larger value shows the building energy saving effect is good. Finally, the method is applied to buildings energy-saving evaluation in Qingdao which proved the method validity.
