Due to the difference and uncontrollability of distributed energy, it has become an important challenge for virtual power plant to achieve low power deviation rate as conventional power plant. Therefore, starting from the specific connotation of the power deviation rate of virtual power plant, the objective power curve and power baseline are described in detail. Additionally, taking into account the power deviation rate, economy and environmental protection of the virtual power plant, a multi-objective virtual power plant optimal scheduling model is constructed with consideration of the operation constraints of wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, electric vehicles and other distributed generation and their complementary relationship. In view of the complexity of the model, the linearized model is transformed into a mixed integer linear single objective optimization model, which is solved by GAMS. The results show that the capacity and charge discharge rate of the energy storage system are the main factors affecting the power deviation rate of the virtual power plant. Considering the power deviation rate in the optimal operation can give full play to the role of peak shaving and valley filling of the virtual power plant, and realize the friendly grid connection of the distributed power sources.
