摘要
For the fabrication of coated particle fuel elements of high temperature gas cooled reactors, the ceramic UO2 kernels are prepared through chemical gelation of uranyl nitrate solution droplets, which produces radioactive effluent with components of ammonia, uranium, organic compounds and ammonium nitrate. In this study, a flow sheet including evaporation, flocculation, filtration, adsorption, and reverse osmosis was established for the effluent treating. The uranium recovery could reach 99.9% after the treatment, with almost no secondary pollution produced. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
