Leuconostoc species are widespread in the natural environment and play an important role in several types of industrial and food fermentation processes. Here, we report the 1,854,727-bp complete genome sequence of the Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. dextranicum strain DSM 20484(T). (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
