摘要：
Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson tumor) is a benign lesion of vascular origin that is caused by an extensive proliferation of endothelial cells in normal blood vessels. It is a reactive condition representing an unusual form of organizing thrombus. We report the first reported case arising in the vulva.
