摘要：

This paper elaborates the methods of how to strengthen and improve the learning community construction. The author also points out that the comprehensive development of community education provides a theoretical basis and practical support for the establishment of lifelong education system. Community is the foundation of society, and community education is the foundation of the modern community projects. Creating a learning community is not only the main starting point of the community work but also the cornerstone of a learning society.
