摘要
The operational management strategies of products in different period are various from the guided period, growth periods mature period to decline period. Meanings and major characteristics for per period in product life cycle of sports competition performing industry were proposed according to the products' characteristics of sports competition performing industry based on the theory of product life cycle. Moreover, different cost management strategies for every period were established. Adopting different cost management strategies in different period of the life cycle according to the products' characteristics of sports competition performing industry in the market-oriented economic condition, enterprises can not only meet the clients' need, but also increase their market competitiveness.
