摘要
A simple resistive-type glucose sensor based on the LBL assembly as a mean to prepare thin glucose oxidase/mediator membrane on ITO glass electrode was prepared. The alternate adsorption of poly(styrene sulfonate)/sodium ferrocene carboxylate and poly(ally amine)/glucose oxidase was carried out onto oppositely-charged surface. The multilayer films of polyelectrolyte, enzyme of mediator were built. It was observed that the resistance for the electrode was changed with the change of the glucose concentration as a glucose sensor.
