摘要：
An on-chip dual-polarized antenna consisting of a combination of a fractal and a slot bowtie antenna is presented. Therefore, a fractal bowtie antenna is extended by two symmetrically placed slot antennas. This antenna is designed for the frequency range from 145GHz to 165 GHz. It has been taped out successfully in the IHP SG13 process.
