摘要：
Interest rate alteration leads to interest change, which consequently affects housing consumption. Based on the concept of mortgage constant, this paper established an interval model of monthly payment of CPM (constant payment mortgage). Different transitions of house purchase state of different households when interest increased were analyzed, and parallel conclusions when interest decreased were also given. Ultimately, measures to be taken by house buyers for interest rate alteration were provided, including extending mortgage maturity, reducing LTV (loan-to-value ratio) when interest increasing and so on.
