摘要
Done is to determine the efficiency of removing As3+ ion adsorption granular activated carbon from aqueous solution concentration 20 mg 1:1 at a flow rate of 1.0 and 1.5 mL min(-1). Concentrations As5+ after removed were determined Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. Determination is done to investigate the influence of the column and the flow velocity of the solution to the adsorption of ions. Mock-up used for the removal of the porous and full height of the column 8, 6, 4 cm and filled with granulated activated carbon. The results of determining the degree of removal efficiency in the column of 8 cm have proved that the porous column 21.2% more efficient with respect to the full column for flow of 1 mL min(-1) and 20.4% for the flow of 1.5 mL min(-1). Its ratio H/d is 6.28. When the flow of 1 mL min(-1) column of 8 cm for 120 min. binds 0.1 mg of arsenic per gram of coal. When the column 6 cm in height is also more efficient for removal of the porous column as compared to the full (6% of 1 mL min(-1), 3.2% to 1.5 mL min(-1)). In contrast to the results of these results, at a height of 4 cm has proven to be more effective full column. Data for this height at a flow rate of 1 ml min-1 show that the efficiency of the column for full 9.8% higher than in porous. This difference is even greater at a flow rate of 1.5 mL min(-1) (18.2%). By comparing data from the porous and full column in the tested flow rates at different heights was found to be porous column height 8 cm best to remove As3+.
