摘要：
As the largest commercial bank in domestic, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has conducted a series of aggressive overseas expansion and got remarkable achievements. From the strategic perspective and combined with the differentiation strategy, this paper analyzes the motivations, actions and effectiveness of the cross-border M&A of ICBC, taking it as an example to discuss the significant impact of cross-border M&A on Chinese commercial banks.
