摘要
Nine clingstone-peach cultivars ('Andross', 'Babygold 6', 'Babygold 9', 'Carson', 'Catherina', 'Jungerman', 'Romea, 'Silos' and 'Yuso') were planted on the rootstock GF 677 in the experimental orchard Haschhof in 2013. Aim of the trial was to test the positive fruit and production characteristics. Particularly the suitability for processing nectar and color stability in comparison to the standard cultivar 'Redhaven' should be tested. All cultivars showed a measurable difference in color after storage. 'Carson' showed the biggest changes, 'Redhaven' the least. No significant difference was found with the organoleptic evaluation in the parameter color in comparison of the time of production and after storage. The nectars were still rated as appealing by panelists. The overall judgment showed significant differences only because of differences in maturity. The positive organoleptic assessment and the high yield of pavies-varieties compared to 'Redhaven' illustrate their suitability for nectar production.
