摘要：
The main method of the article used was sampling survey, by issuing questionnaires to acquire data about the flow of migrant workers in Shandong province. The author mainly form three aspects analyzed the factors that affected migrant workers migration. The first were the income gap between urban and rural areas and the increased agricultural productivity. The second were the channels of employment and protection of migrant workers rights and interests. The third were migrant workers capabilities. Finally. the author gave some proposals on improving agricultural productivity and village education quality etc.
