摘要
To comprehensively regenerate Wuhan Port is recognized as a regional economic development initiative and a key engineering project when all comes to all in the course to drive "the Rise of Central China" and promote the synthetic reform aimed at construction of "resource-saving and environment-friendly society" in Wuhan, Hubei. The core strategic objective is to build a national complex transportation hub through coining a new Wuhan port at a level of 100 million Tons. It thus props up the construction of the recycling economical zone of heavy chemical industries at the cast of Wuhan and creates a new growth pole to promote Wuhan's economical development, which makes it become the strategic highland to blaze a way for "the rise of Central China" and the development of the economic zoon along the Yangtze River.
