摘要：

This document explains the importance of the total share of GDP on R&D and overall employment in this field as well as the fastest growing companies that are concerned with these services (KIBS). KIBS are increasing services in an overall growth in the economy and also are involved in the growth of knowledge based economy, which is now considered as a strong source of growing economies. To achieve this reality its important to create and support Eco System, which enriches the university, economy in the country and commercial organizations active in research and development.
