Researches on the Problems and Solutions of SME Financing

The SME financing is a worldwide problem,because SME is an important force, and a new drive for the development of national economy. The world has been discussing how to ease the financing difficulties of SMEs. China's small and medium enterprises are facing enormous pressure and difficulties in the financing process. There are many reasons for the dilemma of small business finance, including the shortcomings of small and medium enterprises, the monopoly of banking industry, the lag of the development of small and medium-sized financial institutions, the imperfection of private financial markets and so on. Based on the financing characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the reasons for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, and sums up several suggestions for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
