摘要
In this paper, we study the convergence behavior of the inexact Uzawa method with variable relaxation parameters for iteratively solving linear saddle-point problems presented in a recent paper by Hu and Zou [An iterative method with variable relaxation parameters for saddle-point problems, SIAM J. Matrix Anal. Appl., 23(2) (2001): 317-338]. A simple sufficient condition of the convergence of the inexact Uzawa method with variable relaxation parameters is obtained. The condition obtained is weaker than that of Hu and Zou's.
