摘要：
Through the analysis on the cause of gap in construction energy-saving management, author of this paper points out that steady structure is the final ideal status of construction energy-saving and energy-saving chain of construction engineering is the effective management to solve this problem. Author also analyzed the plane structure of management of energy-saving chain in construction engineering and studied the atom framework in the development phase of energy-saving system and spatial structure in the dynamic evolvement of energy-saving system, and concluded that chain-type management helps with the study on the existing problems in energy-saving management of building.
