摘要
Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 was finally commissioned in 1996. It was reached 700 MWe full power in september 1996. Since that it became the main power plant in Romania. In january 1997 it produced 9% of total power of Romania and in February 1997 9.2%. Cernavoda NPP is the subject of a complete risk. analysis. This is required by the Romanian Safety Board (CNCAN) and is peer reviewed by IAEA experts. Cernavoda NPP Diesel generator system. with lour Diesel generators 2x50% for odd and even buses The system is provided with 4.4 MW Ruston RK270 four cycle diesel engine with exhaust turbochargers and charge air coolers fitted as standard. The engines are equipped with turbochargers. fuel injection equipment, governors. lubrication and cooling system. The generators are 6300 V ac, 3 phase. 50Hz. Far all the components are proposed methods to enhance the reliability There are determined unavailability versus test interval. The analysis presents the evaluation of res: caused degradation, the testing strategies. and the separation of demand versus test-related failures. It was made the analysis of the effect of staggering versus sequential testing strategies in order to improve Diesel generators availability. There were used and compared the time-independent evaluation and FRANTIC code evaluation.
