摘要
The paper introduces the virtual instrument detecting system based on the software of Labview applies on the detecting and analyzing of automobile step. The cross platform is reciprocally built with three power sensors and four displacement sensors, which makes automobile step operated by power in horizontal direction and vertical direction. At the time, power sensor and displacement sensor operating on automobile step synchronously work. The system is able to display detecting data at real time and automatically judge whether the step is eligible or not. Moreover, the program of Labview is easy and flexible. The maintenance capability of the software is good, which can expediently handle data and visually display result. In the detecting of brake step and gun step of Mazda 6 made in China FWA, effect is very good.
