摘要：
This monitoring system is derived from an enterprise cooperation project, according to the special requirements of the actual work site; the system adopts the WinCC via TCP/IP protocol for data exchange with the PLC. This paper mainly introduced the automation equipment of hardware and software architecture and TCP/IP protocol communication principle and concrete implementation method of the communication, using VBScript store the data in SQL Server database, and can be queried and export Excel. Through practical application shows that the system communication is stable and convenient data storage, satisfying the requirements of the automatic production line well.
