摘要：
The article starts with the analyses on factors affecting the comprehensive abilities of undergraduate students majored in economics subjects. The author then analyzes the training concepts and objectives for them and existing problems. The administrative levels and contents in the undergraduate stage are also discussed. Finally, the conclusion on training laws and contents was reached; the author puts forward several suggestions on economic talents training.
