摘要
The pharmacokinetics of gentamicin. was studied in goats given, a single intravenous dose (5 mg/kg) of uranyl nitrate for renal impairment. Gentamicin was injected intravenously (5 mg/kg) on, the 7th day after injection. of uranyl nitrate, when, the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, concentrations rose significantly. An elimination half-life (t(1/2)ss) of 425 min was observed. The plasma clearance (Cl) in renally-impaired goats was 0.3 ml/min. kg. The volume of distribution was 187 ml/kg. The area under the curve was 16625 mug.min/ml. A dose of 2.5 mg/kg every 24 It, was calculated in renally impaired goats based on, the pharmacokinetic parameters in present study.
