摘要：
Through the analysis of electronic technology courses characteristics, we put forward the curriculum experimental teaching mode, which aims at cultivating innovative and preliminary scientific research ability of college students. After many years of teaching practice, it has proved that the mode conforms has obtained the good teaching effect, being in line with the growth process of the contemporary college students.
