VIRTUAL JUSTICE AND ELECTRONIC TRUTH: A CRITIQUE OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE POST-LITERATE AGE

This paper challenges the principles of verbal reasoning upon which the common law is based. It seems that the legal system is not in sync with human intuition.
