摘要
This paper challenges the principles of verbal reasoning upon which the common law is based. It seems that the legal system is not in sync with human intuition. By separating technical knowledge from practical issues, the presentation of tax law constrains the ways in which lawyers serve their clients. Tax law education shows how abstract the legal education process has become. This failure "has important consequences for the common law system as a whole." In short, it is the memory of the emotional and visual content, which heightens interest in a tax concept such as basis. Taping changes the event that is recorded.
