Overview of Rural Land Transition Policy and Impact on Industrial Agriculture in China

Research on rural land circulation and industrial agriculture has begun from as early as the early 90s. The proposition of "transfer (rural land)"has been debated hotly with the view of "persisting (Household contract responsibility system)". As the boundary, before 2002, the view of "circulation (rural land)" is dominant. And after 2002, some of the problems about land transferring have been observed by theoretical circles gradually, so Cautious attitude on "circulation (rural land)" is in the majority. Research on rural land circulation and industrial agriculture, from the outset, has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary such as law, economics and sociology.
