摘要：

The homestead system is an important system of rural land in China. The rapid development of economy needs to eliminate the transfer limit of rural homestead. The article analyzes the concept of the rural homestead and points out the necessity to build free transfer system of rural homestead in our country. The article also puts forward suggestions on the construction of transfer system of rural homestead.
