摘要
In order to solve the problem of X-type equipment quality reliability this paper studies the reliability analysis method of small samples based on Bayesian theory. It constructs a reliability analysis model and a simulation analysis with the X-type equipment and the theory of SPOT, combining constraints and the process of MTBF verification. The results show that the theory can more accurately reflect the realities of X-type equipment reliability, and has a certain theoretical reference to increase reliability assessment of the complexity of X-type weapon system.
