摘要：

Listeria monocytogenes is an important perinatal pathogen that has been associated with intrauterine and postnatal mortality and morbidity. We report on a patient with early onset listeriosis focusing on good response to Imipenem. To our knowledge, this represents the first report in which Imipenem has been used in a neonatal listeriosis. On the bases of the experience described Imipenem appears to be art effective treatment of Listeria infections that poorly responded to conventional therapy.
