摘要
We present a 4D time-dependent solution that can be interpreted as a Einstein-Rosen solution equipped with scalar and electromagnetic fields. The 4D space-time is obtained from applying the Kaluza-Klein prescription to hypercylindrical time-dependent solution. The kinematical parameters and singularities of the 4D solution are studied.
